In the Wilderness

The wilderness of life is a place that no one likes to be, but we all will spend time there no matter what. Just like the Israelites' journey to the promise land (beginning in Exodus 12:31), it will be long and grueling. There will be times that we, like them will want to turn around, where we will complain, and feel completely abandoned and ignored by God.

"The wilderness is not designed to take you out!"

"The Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast wilderness. These forty years the Lord your God has been with you, and you have nor lacked anything."

-Deuteronomy 2:7

Please know today that you are not abandoned, but even in your weakest, most isolated moments, you are still in the hand of God. He hears every prayer, sees every tear and every effort to do the right thing. I am a living witness! Trust Him and lean into Him as He refines and prepares you for the season of elevation that is to follow the wilderness.
